Style School:

Getting Dressed from the Inside OUT

Reclaim your style, trust your body, take up space.

6 weeks: May 5 - June 15

STYLE FROM THE INSIDE OUT

Style School isn’t just about clothes—it’s about healing what hurts. The body shame. The trauma. The years of feeling like too much, or not enough. We carry so much in our bodies—stories of rejection, fear, and invisibility. But what if getting dressed could be a way to tend to those wounds instead of ignoring them?

In Style School, we don’t push past discomfort. We turn toward it with curiosity and care. Through somatic practices and personal style, we create new pathways to self-trust, safety, and joy. Because when we clear the shame, the gunk, the old stories, we gain access to what’s been waiting underneath all along—our SOUL FIRE!!

Reclaiming Our Power: The RevelYOUtion Begins Within

We’re living in a world that’s full of tension. Women’s rights are under attack, diet culture distorts how we see ourselves, and our bodies are changing in ways we’re told to fear. The constant noise around us tells us to fix, hide, or minimize ourselves.

But what if the way we’ve been taught to respond—hiding from pain or discomfort—doesn’t serve us? What if, instead of shrinking away, we could turn toward our bodies with compassion and listen to their wisdom?

Because here’s the truth: the world needs us to step into our power. To listen to our bodies and trust our intuition. When we do, we show up as our most authentic selves—fully seen, heard, and unapologetically powerful.

It’s time to reclaim our voices, our bodies, and our lives. This is our revolution. This is our moment.

WHO IS THIS CLASS FOR?

  • People who feel like they’re constantly second-guessing themselves—what they wear, what they like, how they show up—and want to trust their own voice again.

  • Anyone who’s done mindset work, therapy, or self-development but still feels stuck in old patterns of shame, people-pleasing, or invisibility.

  • Women who want to stop dressing for other people’s comfort and start dressing in a way that feels true.

  • Closet-curious folks who sense there’s more waiting for them inside their wardrobe—more joy, more clarity, more congruence—but aren’t sure how to find it.

  • Mothers, daughters, caregivers, and cycle-breakers ready to model something different—for themselves and for the people they love.

  • Tender-hearted rebels who feel “too much” or “not enough” and want to reclaim their full expression.

  • People who want to stop performing confidence and start embodying it.

  • Women who are craving community, self-trust, and a felt sense of freedom—in their closets and beyond.

In Style School, you will learn

How to reclaim your wardrobe as a tool for radical self-expression, not as a source of anxiety or comparison

How to play again. You’ll experiment, combine things in new ways, and try things you’ve never tried—not to get it “right,” but to reconnect with your sense of possibility, creativity, and joy.

How to stop dressing for approval and start dressing for yourself. This shift is radical. You’ll learn to trust your preferences, tune into your own voice, and express who you are without apology—even when it feels unfamiliar or brave.

How to dress the body you have––honoring its shape, rhythms, and needs––not the body you wish you had/used to have

How to feel safe in your body again—even if trauma or past experiences have disconnected you from it. This course combines the power of somatic practices with the art of style to help you reclaim your most wild, untamed, beautiful, authentic self.

How to transform stored pain into personal power: You’ll uncover the hidden layers of resistance and fear that have kept you from fully embracing your body and style, and how to work through them to unlock a deeper sense of confidence and freedom.

How to trust yourself more than the rules. You’ll practice listening to yourself, choosing yourself, and realizing you don’t have to earn your belonging—you already belong.

How to honor your pace. Transformation doesn't require urgency. You’ll learn to work with your capacity, build sustainable practices, and move at a rhythm that feels kind and doable—not performative or pressured.

How to meet your reflection with curiosity instead of critique. The mirror becomes a space for witnessing—not judging. You’ll practice noticing what’s true now, and learning to respond with care, creativity, and choice. 👊

I wasn’t born stylish. It’s something I had to learn.

All through my 20s and 30s, I hated style. I didn’t get it.

  • How do you know if something “goes” together?

  • How do you know if it’s you—or just what you’ve been told to wear?

  • How do you know if you’re “doing it right”?

  • How do you know... anything?!

Turns out, that’s not a style problem.
That’s a I-don’t-feel-safe-in-my-body problem.

It’s not about the clothes

Not really anyway, because there are no (real) rules when it comes to style.

If you like it? It goes.
If it feels good to you? You’re doing it right.
If it lights you up from the inside out. Well, it doesn’t get any better than that.

My struggle with style had nothing to do with the clothes (it’s just fabric afterall), and everything to do with my capacity to be seen.

Courage. Confidence. Congruency.

Style isn’t a set of rules. Or Pinterest categories. Or fashion trends.

Style is COURAGE––wearing what you love, even when it scares you a little bit
Style is CONFIDENCE––trusting that you’re OKAY, no matter what anybody thinks
Style is CONGRUENCE––feeling like you

Style isn’t something you learn by listening to the “experts.” It’s something you experience when you stop abandoning yourself to fit in––and start dressing like you belong to yourself.

This is healing. This is choosing your own voice over anyone else’s. This is becoming more of yourself every single day.

So how do we find the courage to be ourselves?

We make it fun. We make it safe. We make it sacred.

We don’t push. We play.
We don’t hustle for approval. We practice self-trust.
We don’t do it alone. We do it in sisterhood, in celebration, in the sacred mess of figuring it out––together

There is no race. There is no “right.”  There’s just you, unfurling at your own pace, in your own rhythm, in your own wild, beautiful truth.

Style becomes a playground. Healing becomes an adventure. And being yourself becomes the most natural, exciting thing you could ever do.

Join the thousands of women who’ve dared to embrace their authentic selves, using style as a tool for healing, self-trust, and personal transformation.

Week 1. Dressing from the Inside Out

In Week 1, we look beneath the layers of conditioning, pain and societal expectations to discover the essence of you—the part that has always been whole, wise, and wildly alive. Through music, movement, and morning inquiry, you’ll start tuning into the power, beauty, and wisdom that already live inside you. This isn’t about dressing to impress; it’s about dressing to express. You’ll learn how to use clothing as a resource—to support you, amplify your inner strength, to connect you to the wise woman that lives inside of you!

Week 2. Understanding Balance & Proportion

During Week 2 of Style School, I will teach you the basic principles of balance and proportion. In other words, I will teach you how to dress the body you have, not the body you wish you had.

This lesson alone has the potential to change the way you relate to your body.

Once you learn how to HIGHLIGHT what you love, instead of HIDE what you hate, you will shake your fist in the air and scream... WHY DIDN'T ANYBODY EVER TEACH ME THIS?

Week 3. Show Love to FEEL LOVED

In Week 3, we take a radically different approach to “body love”. Instead of teaching you how to love your body (impossible!), I will teach you how to show love to your today-body. Because a body that feels loved, experiences love.

💡 You don’t have to FEEL LOVE to SHOW LOVE.

This week is about devotion, not discipline. Care, not control. Nourishment, not punishment. Tending, not fixing. Compassion, not criticism. That’s why we call this work revelYOUtionary!

Week 4. Goodbye Color Rules. Hello Color Confidence!

Scared to wear the “wrong” color? You’re not alone. When we’re told there’s a right way to wear color, it means there’s also a wrong way—and that’s a lie.

This week, we unravel the fear, the hesitation, the rule-following that keeps you playing small. Because wearing color isn’t just about what looks “good.” It’s about what feels good.

And here’s the truth: You can’t trust your choices unless you feel safe making them.

So this week, we’ll use color to practice finding safety inside our bodies. Which is brilliant, really. We’re using the thing that scares us in our closets, TO HEAL US IN OUR LIVES!

This isn’t about color theory. It’s about self-trust. And that’s a game-changer.

Week 5. Building Capacity (for alllll the accessories)

Accessories are a low-risk, high-reward way to practice boldness, and this week, you'll test-drive some new-to-you style moves and pay attention to how they make you feel. But this isn’t just about fashion—it’s about your capacity to be seen. What happens when you let yourself be noticed? When you wear something that demands attention? When you stop playing small? This week, we play with the edges of visibility—not just in what we wear, but in how we show up in the world.

Week 6. Set Boundaries, Find Peace: Closet Edition

This isn’t your run-of-the-mill closet clean-out. This is a powerful statement about who you are and what you allow in your life. Are you going to keep those pants that hurt your feelings? Or say YOU ARE NOT WELCOME HERE. Week 6 is about protecting your space, your body, your boundaries!!

How Style School Works

Live Class Call:

Every Monday, I teach a live class—not some pre-recorded video from years ago. I keep the content fresh and responsive to what’s happening in the group (and the world), so whether you join live or catch the recording, you’ll get teachings that feel timely and relevant. Recordings are posted within 24 hours.

Nourishing Movement Class

In the heart of Week 3, Style School alum Susan McCulley will guide us through a joyful, deeply nourishing movement class. We’ll sway, stretch, laugh, and reconnect with our bodies—not to fix or force them, but to move with them. It’s about pleasure, not performance. All bodies and abilities are welcome. Recording posted within 24 hours.

Your Daily aWEARness (YDA) Style Invitations

The YDA Style Invitations arrive in your inbox every morning for 6 weeks—daily style prompts designed to gently stretch your edges and spark more courage, confidence, and congruency than you thought possible with the clothes you already own. Think you have nothing to wear? These invitations will prove you wrong—in the best way.

Lots of Support

Each Sister Squad gets loving support every day of the week from me, Jodi, and our amazing team of Big Sister mentors. Jodi helps on live calls, keeps things running smoothly behind the scenes, and shares support in the group. Our Big Sisters—Style School grads who’ve been where you are—are here to cheer you on, answer questions, and show you the ropes. • The next 6-week course begins on October 13th and ends on November 23rd.

  • Item desI hear this question a lot.

And what I want to know is––WHAT DO YOU MEAN BY READY?

If you're waiting for everything to be perfect... The perfect job, the perfect schedule, the perfect amount of free time, the perfect body, the perfect closet filled with the perfect clothes, the perfect weather, the perfect political landscape, the perfect amount of extra money in your bank account... THEN YOU WILL NEVER BE READY.

Readiness doesn't stand a chance against Perfect.

Readiness is a feeling. An inner knowing.

    You’ll know you’re ready when…

    • You don’t want to waste another day wondering if your pants are flattering, because you know your body’s job is to BE A BODY, not to meet impossible standards.

    • You are done hiding, done making yourself small, done biting your tongue, and ready to step into the full expression of who you are.

    • You believe, without a doubt, that transformation is possible (even for you), and you WANT IT.

    • You believe you’re worth every ounce of time, energy, and investment it takes to do this work, because you finally realize: I MATTER TOO!

You don't need to know how to GET TO WHERE YOU WANNA GO. That's what Style School is for.

But KNOWING that it's time for a change? That's a sign of READINESS!

  • Yes, we will be using Facebook to host our Style School Sister Squads.

I tried an alternative community for Style School a couple of times, and the platform was not robust enough to handle the amount of daily traffic that's generated in Style School.

Turns out, Facebook is good at what it does.

If you struggle with the platform, consider using it ONLY for Style School. (That’s what I do.)

  • If you KNOW that you’re gonna want some extra one-on-one support during the course, I am available for private, one-on-one somatic coaching. Sessions are $125/hour.

    Email me at: stasia@stasiasavasuk.com

  • No. You have a GOOD BODY now.

Your body’s job isn’t to be thin, smooth, or smaller-than-it-is-today. Your body’s job is to be a body, and if you’re reading this, your body is doing its job. That’s AWESOME!!

Discovering who you are on the inside––and projecting that you-ness on the outside––should NOT wait until you drop a few (or a lotta) pounds. You get to do that NOW.

Learning how to SHOW LOVE to the body you have is one of the greatest, most gracious gifts you can give yourself. In fact, it makes NOW an even better time. Because you’re proving to yourself that PERFECTION isn’t the goal here. LIVING FREELY is the goal.

Seeing your beauty and tapping into SOUL FIRE is a gateway to self-kindness, because when you look at yourself with love and tenderness, you'll treat yourself with greater compassion and care.

If your kid said to you... Mama, I want to feel good in my clothes, should I lose some weight first? What would you say??

  • This is an understandable question. So much of the “body positivity” movement focuses on learning to LOVE your body. I don’t subscribe to that messaging. You can’t force love. You can only experience love, when it’s available. That’s why I will teach you how to SHOW LOVE to your body, and then just as importantly, how to RECEIVE that love. It doesn’t happen overnight. It is a practice.

You have LIFETIME ACCESS to this course, and all of its recordings, so don’t worry if you don’t “get it” right outta the gate. You can revisit the materials as many times as needed.

Some people find that they need extra one-on-one support while taking the course to help them integrate the lessons more deeply. I am a certified life coach who specializes in teaching women how to FEEL their bodies, and can support you privately. My rate is $125/hour. Email me at stasia@stasiasavasuk.com.

  • Probably, because Style School isn’t REALLY about the clothes! (But I have a hunch you know that already.)

If you’re drawn to the way I approach style—not just as a set of rules or trends, but as a tool for self-expression, self-empowerment, and self compassion––then Style School is most definitely for you.

Even if you're already confident in your style, just being part of this incredible community of women will open your eyes to insights you didn’t even know you needed. I’ve been teaching style for over a decade, and every single session of Style School reveals something life-changing—for me, too! Because let’s be real: having a handle on style isn’t the point. Style is an ever-evolving journey, and we never stop learning, growing, and finding new layers to ourselves.

So if you're ready to go deeper with your style, beyond just outfits, and into the realm of authenticity, self-trust, and playful expression, I’ve got you.

  • That’s a good question.

Style School is not just a course—it’s my decades of therapy, experience, education, and practice. It’s my art. My craft. My heart.

This is not a quick-fix product; it’s a transformative process rooted in years of expertise.

I believe in paying artists and creators a livable wage for their work. When you invest in something, you invest in your own growth and transformation.

And listen, I offer a lot of free content on Instagram and through my newsletters because I want to share value, but free content isn’t enough. Healing, growth, and transformation happen in community.

In Style School, you’re not just paying for information—you’re paying for connection. For the opportunity to be witnessed, held, celebrated, and seen. That’s what I’m offering: a space to show up as you are and step into your full potential, surrounded by a like-minded community who gets it.

This is not just a transaction. It’s a commitment to yourself—and to the belief that you are worth the investment. ❤️

  • This course centers around the somatic experiences of those who have lived their lives in a female body, including the unique experiences of growing up with a uterus, menstruating, and undergoing menopause. While I deeply honor and respect the diverse spectrum of womanhood and gender identities, the content of this program specifically addresses the physiological and somatic journeys of those who were born female and have experienced life in a female body.

If you have any questions about whether this course is the right fit for you, please reach out.
