MEET ME IN PARIS?!

Do you want to…

A five-day journey into freedom, beauty, and belonging—for the woman ready to roam, regulate, and return to herself.

Sept 8th - Sept 12, 2025

This isn’t a retreat. OR a tour group.
This is solo supported travel.

SOLo travel—reimagined.

For the woman who craves the freedom of going her own way and the joy of coming back to a circle of people who get it. Who wants to wander alone, but never feel lonely. To be brave, without bracing.

💬 You’ll have real-time access to me through WhatsApp.

🌀 You’ll receive somatic education and nervous system support.

👗 We’ll explore style, self-trust, and beauty as powerful sources of regulation.

This isn’t just travel. It’s transformation on the move—wrapped in everything I teach, and set against the backdrop of Paris.

You explore. You exhale. You return to yourself.

HOW IT WORKS

You choose your flights. Your budget. Your hotel. Your hostel. Your five-star bathtub.

You get to plan your days around what lights you up. Sit by the Seine all day? Do it. Museum-hop 'til your feet fall off? Love that for you. Afternoon nap, late-night jazz club, reading in the park? Yep, yep, and yep.

You travel solo. But we meet up.

Each day, we gather for something grounded, nourishing, and real:

  • A morning somatic session to settle your nerves

  • A group breakfast

  • An afternoon walk or a shared meal

  • Gentle reflection to move through fear, tension, and travel-anxiety

Because solo travel can bring up a lot. The fear. The uncertainty. The "Who am I to do this?" That’s where I come in. To help you stay present. To help you feel safe in your body even when you’re far from home. To help you find freedom without abandoning yourself.

This is the best of both worlds. You get the joy of independent travel—and the comfort of knowing you’re not doing it alone. You get structure without rigidity. You get community without obligation. You get to choose your own adventure, with support when you need it.

What’s Included:

  • 3 pre-trip Zoom sessions to help you feel connected, prepared and resourced before you even pack your bag

  • Daily somatic drop-ins to support your nervous system

  • Two beautifully hosted group dinners (opening + closing)

  • Optional daily meet-ups: walks, meals, reflection circles

  • WhatsApp group for easy connection, coordination, and support

  • Option to book private 1:1 coaching sessions with Stasia (at a discounted rate) before and/or during the trip, if you’d like more personalized support

What’s NOT Included:

  • Your flights to and from Paris

  • Transportation to/from airport

  • Your lodging (choose what works best for your style + budget)

  • All meals outside of our two group dinners

  • Entry fees, museum passes, and any personal extras

This is for you if…

  • You’ve always wanted to travel solo but feel nervous doing it completely alone

  • You want to talk about somatics and style—in Paris!

  • You’re craving a chance to learn, hang, explore, and be in conversation with me (in real life!)

  • You want spaciousness, not a tight schedule

  • You crave adventure with just enough structure to feel supported

  • You want to feel more free—in your body, your choices, your self

Hi, I’m Stasia Savasuk
(pronounced STAY-sha).

I’ve spent over a decade helping women build a relationship with their bodies––not as an object to hide, minimize or fix, but as a home to inhabit. As a certified life coach, somatically informed style activist, and creator of Style School, I teach women how to get dressed as an act of self-trust, inner congruence, and personal revolution.

Because style isn’t just about what you wear––it’s how you show up in the world. Style is the outward expression of inner alignment, a declaration of who you are and what you believe in. When you dress in a way that feels like you––when your insides match your outsides––you move through the world with undeniable power and presence.

My work is about MORE than the clothes; it’s about embodiment. It’s about shedding shame, reclaiming pleasure, and becoming more of yourself. It’s about joy, creativity, and connection––because without those, what are we even fighting for?!

FAQ

  • Nope! That’s the beauty of solo travel—you get to choose where you stay, based on your budget, your taste, and your comfort. Want to cozy up in a chic boutique hotel? Go for it. Prefer a hostel, a rented flat, or something in between? All options are on the table.

    The choice is entirely yours.

If you'd prefer to stay near others in the group, there will be an optional pre-trip Zoom call in early summer to connect with other Paris-goers and coordinate shared lodging.

I’ll be staying in the 5th Arrondissement (aka The Latin Quarter). It’s within walking distance (15 minutes or less) to Notre-Dame Cathedral, Musée d’Orsay and The Louvre.

  • Solo travel can stir up a lot—especially if you're new to it. That's why this experience is supported from the start. In the months leading up to the trip, we'll meet as a group (via Zoom) to connect, prepare, and walk through any nervous system flares that might already be buzzing. I'll be teaching somatic practices you can bring with you—tools for grounding, settling, orienting, and finding your center when things feel off.

You’re not just hopping on a plane and hoping for the best! You're traveling with a deeper understanding of how to navigate stress before it hijacks your experience.

PLUS—we’ll have a WhatsApp group for real-time check-ins, directions, coordination, and support. You’ll never be stranded or alone in your overwhelm. ❤️ And of course, you’ll have access to our twice-daily (optional) group meetups for rooting, resourcing, connecting, celebrating, and checking in with what’s real—for you.

  • Retreats are typically all-inclusive, highly scheduled experiences—with meals, lodging, and daily activities planned for you from morning to night. That’s not what this is.

This is more like a choose-your-own-adventure vacation—with support.

You get to decide when you wake up, what you eat, where you stay, and how you spend your time. Want to spend 8 hours at the Louvre? Nap in the park? Read by the Seine all day? Go for it.

You get the thrill of making your own choices and following your own rhythm—while still having opportunities to connect with a supportive group.

We’ll have twice-daily (optional) meetups—somatic check-ins, walks, meals, reflections—that you can join when it feels right. Skip ‘em if you’re in your flow. Show up when you want to plug back in.

    It’s not a retreat.
It’s solo travel with a safety net.
A soft landing. A little structure. A lot of freedom.

It’s also educational—a way to practice solo travel with support, so you can build confidence for future adventures on your own. Training wheels? Maybe. Or just a brilliant hybrid of independence + community.

  • Yes! We’ll meet on Zoom before the trip to talk all things what to pack for Paris—and I promise, it’s going to be a fun conversation. I’ll walk you through the international travel must-haves–– like your passport and a power adapter––along with a few other small-but-mighty essentials that make international travel smoother, simpler, and a lot more fabulous.

    Then we’ll talk style.

I’ll share ideas for dressing in that magical sweet spot—chic enough to feel fabulous, comfortable enough to wander the cobblestone streets all day, and with just the right nod of reverence for a city that treats beauty like ritual.

I’ll help with the essentials, but the rest? That’s all about how you want to feel.

  • Imagine this: golden light on cobblestone streets, a breeze just cool enough for a light scarf, and trees still full and green. September in Paris is magic. It’s that rare kind of in-between—after the summer crowds, before the chill of fall. Warm days, crisp evenings, café tables spilling onto sidewalks, and a sense that the whole city is exhaling. It’s walking weather. Wandering weather. Sit-by-the-Seine-and-watch-the-sunset weather. In other words… it’s ideal.
